1. A blogger  account.

Before signing up for blogger you need to sign up for a google account,The account can be created on This link for free. After completing the signup Process you will have the username and password which will help you to sign in to Blogger.com as well as all other Google Products.

                                                                                                                                   Now go to Blogger.com and sign in, Click on the 'New Blog' and enter the title of your blog and the address of your blog, After completing these you will need to choose the template for your newly created Blog (which you can change later).
